Hey Everyone!
Hey guys,
Sorry I haven't been on for awhile. There has been alot going on. Well, last night I had a game at Kennard-Dale. It went awesome! I didn't get to play till the fourth quarter, but I am just fine with that. In the time I was in the game I made a shot! We won our game and varsity won their game. I am glad about that. I don't know about you guys, but I am excited for Christmas! I found two videos by the Skit Guys. One is a serious video that I love because it is so true! The first video is called, "He came to get messy." The next video is called, "The Innkeeper's Dilemma." I will get these videos up. Merry Christmas Everyone!!!!!!!! :)

Let's talk music!
Hey guys,
I want to talk with you about music. I was just thinking about this right now while listening to Thousand Foot Krutch. I usually don't listen to them, but today I am listening to them. I want you guys to do something for me. I want you to comment and put up the genre you like the most, your favorite band (you can put up as many bands as you like) and with every band put your favorite song by that band. When I go back to my blog I will look at all of your bands, write down the songs and I am going to try and listen to every song you have. It might take me a few days, but I am gonna try my best. I bet your thinking right now that I must be crazy just asking all of you this. Some of us who see eachother at youth group, anytime we start talking about music we usually agree and we say which songs we like by that band or we disagree and in probably a few minutes it will be a smackdown. That's alright that we don't like the same bands. That's why I want you to do this. This is all about you on what music you like. Put the ones you like, the bands you would be listening over and over again on your computer or portable music player. I am trying to show that we all don't need to like the same bands as everyone else. We are all different and in this case in music. Also, it is never to late to get to know eachother a little bit better. Another thing if you want you can count Spring Up Oh Well as one of your songs. I will not listen to that one because, I have already got that covered. Here, I will tell you my favorites. I am going to make this short and sweet. My favorite genre: Christian Rock. My favorite bands: too many favorites. TA DA!!!! Now it's your turn! Have fun! :)

Things Going On
Hey guys,
Today we got back from the retreat! It was great! I think by us going on the retreat we got to really know eachother better. We also got to play big ball. Which a retreat is never complete without big ball?! We got to go and play on ropes today. Now that the retreat is done I have to think about basketball. Tryouts are next week. Also, could everybody please pray for a friend of ours. His name is Andy. Andy was one of our dairy farm workers who used to live with us. My mom found out from a friend of his that on the day I left for the retreat that him and another guy were arrested on Halloween night. My mom sat me down and told me these news today. I have been praying for years that this wouldn't happen. I guess God needed to get his attention and this is the way to go. I don't know. All I can do is pray and hope everything goes well, but I know that God will take care of him.

Basketball
Hey,
Well, tonight went great! I had an open gym tonight at first I was not very happy about going. Then when we started doing some drills I was starting to like it. We did some jump shots, foul shots, 1 on 1, 1 on 2 (which is really hard when you have the ball and you are going against 2 players and your team is you, you, and you), 3 on 3, and 3 man weave. When we did 1 on 1 I got a shot up which rarely happens. I also did a behind the back crossover in a 1 on 1 which never happens. What tonight reminded me of is when you are dedicated to something you love you should keep going. Everytime I am second guessing myself if I should keep playing basketball and go for Spring Grove's basketball team or if I should stop playing my mom is always there telling me to give it a second chance. Then I have a great time. I am glad my mom is there to encourage me and never let me give up. On the bottom of this post is my life verse. This verse shows that whether your big or small you can do anything as long as you believe in God.
Philippians 4:13~ I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

Hi
Well, everything is going good. Youth group is one of many events I look forward to every week. Basketball has been a challenge, but I haven't gone to alot of open gyms lately. One of our sheep are going to have a lamb or lambs. I just love watching lambs get excited and start jumping like tiggers. It is hilarious! School is going kind of good. I am having my ups and downs, but I am getting it done. My favorite subject in school is Bible. What's your favorite subject in school? :)
