The Legend of Bibleman

Hey guys,

Sorry I haven't posted anything since.....March 1!!!!!!  Wow! I really need to get better at this posting thing. Anyway, I wanted to ask you guys something. Have any of you heard of Bibleman?  Well, I will explain. Bibleman (from my point of view) is kind of like Star Wars except better! Bibleman wears the full armor of God and has a light sabre. He is also a school teacher when he is not fighting evil with God's word. Bibleman is kind of like Batman and Star Wars put together. Bibleman has two sidekicks. His first sidekick is named Cypher. Cypher is very good with computers and other electronics. He also fights crime alongside Bibleman. Bibleman's other sidekick is Bible Girl. Bible Girl helps Bibleman and Cypher defeat crime. When she is not with Bibleman or Cypher fighting against evil, you will find her at school learning about drama.

When I was younger I loved watching Bibleman. My cousin introduced me to the show by bringing a VHS tape of Bibleman and we watched it. Ever since then I loved the show Bibleman, but anytime I ask people if they have ever watched the show they say no. I would definitely recommend the show! Here is a trailer from one of the Bibleman episodes:

A Peek Into The Past

Hey Everybody,

Some of you might know and some of you might not know. I started another blog called, "A Peek Into The Past".  The blog is based off a column we have in our co-op newspaper.  I write articles about different pieces of the past. I write from places that are still here today to places that are long gone in the dust. Even though they are old the story of these locations still need to be told to everyone, and that's where I come in. I do research on the places, and do not write anything until I have the whole story straight. It is a lot of work, but it is so much fun reading the stories and picturing everything that had happened. Before I started home school I went to Christian School of York. One of my most hated subjects was Social Studies. You would study Geography, which I still do not like to this day, and the history of places. I mostly did not like the history part of Social Studies. I thought it was so boring.  If you would ask me then, that I would be doing a column on local history I probably wouldn't have believed you. I still can't believe myself.  I will be putting a link to the blog down below.  To conclude this post I would like to ask a favor of you guys. When they say don't judge a book by its cover, history goes the same way.  Don't judge an old building by the outlook of the place, because on the outside it looks worn out, but on the inside holds a story that wants to be told.  When you go somewhere keep a look out of old places. If it's an old theater, try to picture the theater in its day, when it was the theater all teenagers went to hang out.  If it's a boarded up restaurant that has been closed down for years, think about how beautiful it would look if it was redone, back up and running.  Then history would continue its course, but not a lot of places get that chance.  If you have extra time on the computer, instead of getting on Facebook or Twitter...again, get on Google and look up your town and see if there is any history where you live.  History might just be right at your doorstep or in your neighbor's yard, but you got to go out and find it first.
